Why can't I log in to THE CLUB?
Try checking your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies, and may get weird if you're using an Incognito Window. Either change your settings or use another browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
I hate to see you go, but if you must, Log in to your account and toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions menu item.
Can I switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
Of Course! Click "Change Plan" from the Subscriptions menu item in your account. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.
Can I update my email address or other personal information?
YES! Log in your account to make these changes.
How do I update my credit card?
Log in your account, add the new card, and click "Update My Credit Card."
How do I reset my password?
Well, passwords are not actually required for your membership account! Instead, when you sign in to THE CLUB, enter your email address and click "Send sign in link."
We’ll send you an email with a "magic" link that you can click to sign in. The link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours, but the site will remember you logged in on that device!
Can I gift THE CLUB to someone?
Yeah, you can gift an annual subscription to THE CLUB! Just click here.
You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date (they won't get the email til then), a personalized message, and your payment information.
The lucky gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.
