30 Minute Ginger Beer and Cherry Glazed Ribs

SERVES: 6-8

You might not believe it’s possible, and that’s totally okay. Part of participating in this community is built on trust, and you must trust me that, with a few smart moves, you can have juicy-as-hell, lacquered baby back ribs on the table in 30 minutes. Among those smart moves is the most important one: you must season your ribs the day before grilling. This is non-negotiable and will yield the juiciest quick-cooking ribs you ever did eat. The pre-season allows the ribs to retain their moisture as they cook over high heat. Think of this as a big slab of juicy pork chops. You’ll cook them on the grill for 20 minutes or so over very very low heat (bonus points if you’ve got wood chips or smoking pellets you can throw on the grill!) and then crank the heat to high as you glaze them for 5 to 10 minutes longer. The glaze that lacquers them is a spicy-sweet reduction of ginger beer and fresh cherries, which kindddddd of gives boneless spareribs from the Chinese American takeout joint energy with a twist. I highhhhhly reccomend serving these with my Summer Cherry and Cabbage Slaw  because we all know no BBQ is complete without some GD slaw!!!! Now, do you trust me? I thought so, thanks!!!!!
